• Make a new Zap by selecting Gmail trigger

• Choose New Email With Matching Search

• Select account in which you will receive email

• It must be connected properly.

• Add a matching string that email must contain.

• Pull Samples and select one.

Add an action

Zapier Action (Webhooks by Zapier)

• Choose Webhook Action.

• Select POST.

• Copy Webhook from here.

• and paste it here.

• In data section add following keys This is most important section. Fill this carefully

• Test your Zap.

• Turn on after successful test.
